About us

Welcome to Children’s World Montessori (CWM)

 

As we proudly enter our second decade in early childhood education, Children’s World Montessori (CWM) remains committed to fostering each child’s innate curiosity and passion for learning. We view education as a natural extension of the home, where children are encouraged to grow at their own pace within a respectful, child-centered environment.

 

Our Montessori philosophy promotes independence, exploration, and a lifelong love of learning. We offer a thoughtfully prepared setting designed to support the developmental needs of children aged 22 months to 6 years.

 

CWM operates under two registered entities to serve different age groups. Taska Ceria Alam Maya, licensed by the Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat (JKM) since 2013, welcomes children from 20 months to 4 years old. For children aged 5 and 6, our kindergarten, Tadika Ceria Alam Maya, is registered with the Ministry of Education Malaysia (KPM).

Children’s World Montessori (CWM) was established in September 2007 by four partners sharing a passion and certified expertise in Montessori education. The school began with one principal, and one full-time Montessori directress, and welcomed its first enrolment from the local community. Within three months, the center grew to 10 children.

In early 2010, CWM adopted a new teaching philosophy based on parent feedback, led by a newly appointed principal. With a dedicated team and refreshed approach, positive word-of-mouth grew, leading to a steady rise in enrolment and reaching full capacity by 2011.

In July 2019, we expanded our offerings by incorporating a kindergarten, Tadika Ceria Alam Maya, which is registered with Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia (KPM) and serves children aged 5 and 6 at our shop lot premises.
